A beautiful stepped street winding its way up towards the back entrance of a government building. The steps are cleverly slanted so as not to appear so steep, but yet look a lot more interesting than a traditional layout. Next to the entrance at the end of the street is an oddly shaped guard box which can be seen better from the front of the building.
